A few years ago, I realized something that changed everything. I had been doing all the wellness things—reading the books, listening to the podcasts, trying new routines, even going on retreats. I was inspired and motivated… for a while. But inevitably, I’d lose steam. The cycle of starting over again and again was exhausting.

That’s when it hit me: my problem wasn’t knowing what to do. My problem was making it stick in my real life. So I started experimenting with small, no-pressure strategies to turn what I already knew into habits I could sustain. Within weeks, I felt more consistent, less guilty, and more confident that my wellness practices could finally stick for the long haul.
